摘 要:针对核电主管道奥氏体不锈钢焊缝超声检测困难的问题,通过对微观组织的观察和工艺仿真,研究奥氏体不锈钢粗晶材料对超声束传播的影响,明确奥氏体不锈钢相控阵超声检测初步方案。着重分析双线阵和双面阵相控阵超声探头激发相控阵超声扇扫描和全聚焦检测优势,采用对比试块、模拟试块分析2种检测方法对表面缺陷和各种内部缺陷检测灵敏度、分辨力和信噪比,表明采用DML相控阵超声探头激发TFM全聚焦技术检测奥氏体不锈钢焊缝是可行的。To address the difficulty of ultrasonic testing for the austenitic stainless steel welds in nuclear reactor coolant pipes,this paper studies the influence of coarse grains in austenitic stainless steel on ultrasonic beam propagation through microscopic structure observation and process simulation.It determines a preliminary phased array ultrasonic testing solution for austenitic stainless steel.It analyzes the advantages of phased array ultrasonic testing using sectorial scan from linear array transducers and total focusing method(TFM)imaging from matrix array transducers,and compares the sensitivity,resolution and signal-to-noise ratio for detecting surface and various internal flaws by using reference blocks and simulation blocks.The results demonstrate that using TFM imaging excited by dual matrix array(DML)ultrasonic transducers is feasible for inspecting the austenitic stainless steel welds.
