摘 要:发电厂汽水管道一般在管道外加装保温层,提高热交换效率。铁磁性管道的主要检测手段是常规超声检测和导波检测,检测前需要将管道外壁的保温层拆除,检测工序繁琐,导致检测时间和成本增加。脉冲涡流检测方法可在不拆卸保温层的条件下,实现管道快速筛查。检测线圈方式和灵敏度是脉冲涡流检测的重要指标,利用ANSYS中的Maxwell模块进行管件建模及仿真,对比同轴式与垂直式检测线圈对检测结果影响,选择合适的检测线圈,研究脉冲涡流检测灵敏度,在试块中进行验证总结,提出脉冲涡流技术未来的发展方向。Thermal insulation is affixed to the exteriors of water and steam pipelines in power plants to enhance heat exchange efficiency.Conventional ultrasonic and guided wave inspections are the primary methods used for testing ferromagnetic pipelines.Before these tests can be performed,the insulating layer on the outer surface of the pipeline must be removed—a cumbersome process that increases both inspection time and costs.Pulsed eddy current(PEC)inspection can rapidly screen pipelines without necessitating the removal of the insulation layer.The inspection coil design and sensitivity rate are critical indices for PEC testing.Utilizing the Maxwell module in ANSYS for component modeling and simulation,this study contrasts results from coaxial and vertical inspection coils to determine an optimal design and examines PEC sensitivity.The efficacy of these methodologies is verified using test blocks,culminating in a discussion on prospective advancements in PEC technology.
