摘 要:本文基于某大型火电厂现有烟气超清洁排放设施的实际情况,设计烟气换热器+热泵的组合方案技术,在保持机组超清洁排放环保效果的同时进一步提高机组能效水平,对循环水余热、烟气余热进行了深度利用的两种技术方案进行研究分析。方案一采用烟气冷却器加热凝结水+循环水余热热泵加热烟气再热器+热泵多余热量加热送风;方案二采用烟气冷却器加热凝结水+循环水余热两级热泵加热烟气再热器。研究结果表明,采用方案一后,机组的发电标煤降低约0.55 g/kWh。The paper is based on the actual situation of existing flue gas ultra-clean emission facilities in a large thermal power plant,the combined scheme technology of flue gas heat exchanger+heat pump was designed to further improve the energy efficiency level of the unit while maintaining the ultra-clean emission,and two technical schemes for deep utilization of circulating water waste heat and flue gas waste heat were studied and analyzed.In the first scheme,the flue gas cooler is used to heat the condensate+the circulating water heat pump to heat the flue gas reheater+the heat pump to heat the boiler cold air;the second scheme uses the flue gas cooler to heat the condensate+the circulating water waste heat two-stage heat pump to heat the flue gas reheater.The research results show that after adopting the first scheme technology,the standard coal consumption of the unit is reduced by about 0.55 g/kWh.
