摘 要:从条斑紫菜绿斑病样品中分离获得优势致病菌,通过16S rRNA测序进行菌种鉴定,建立快速检测的LAMP技术,并进行生长特性及药敏实验分析。使用16S rRNA测序鉴定表明,该致病菌为深海微小杆菌(Microbacter bathyae)。根据OD值建立不同温度和培养基中的生长曲线,分析深海微小杆菌的生长特性。利用K-B纸片法进行药敏试验,分析其对20种抗生素的药物敏感性。结果表明,条斑紫菜绿斑病的优势病原菌为深海微小杆菌,对其生长特性与药物敏感性进行分析,可为条斑紫菜绿斑病病原的防治提供参考依据。In this study,the dominant pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the samples of Porphyra yezoensis,and identified by 16S rRNA sequencing.A rapid detection LAMP technique was established,and growth characteristics and drug sensitivity experiments were analyzed.First of all,16S rRNA sequencing identification showed that the pathogenic bacterium was Microbacter bathyae.According to OD value,the growth curves in different temperatures and medium were established to analyze the growth characteristics of Microbacter bathyae.Then,the drug sensitivity test was carried out by K-B disk method to analyze its drug sensitivity to 20 kinds of antibiotics.In this study,the dominant pathogen of porphyra green spot was identified as Microbacter bathyae,and its growth characteristics and drug sensitivity were analyzed,which provided a reference for the prevention and treatment of Porphyra yezoensis.
