摘 要:为了解射阳河口附近海域水体富营养化程度,于2021年夏季对该海域表层水体进行采样调查,运用富营养化指数评价法和潜在性富营养化评价模式进行分析。结果表明,该海域主要超标要素是无机氮(DIN)和活性磷酸盐(DIP),无机氮和活性磷酸盐的平均质量浓度分别为0.757 mg/L和0.022 mg/L,DIN劣于第四类海水水质标准的站位比例达75.00%。所有站位富营养化指数(E)≥1,其中中度(3<E≤9)和重度(E>9)富营养化的站位数量占比约66.67%,且氮磷比相差悬殊(除10号站位氮磷比小于16之外,其余站位均大于22,最高达218.19),广泛处于磷的潜在限制富营养状态。经与历年研究区域及其他河口调查结果进行比较,发现射阳河口富营养化程度在四个比较河口中处于中等水平,富营养化程度逐年加剧。因此,对入海河流上游陆源污染治理是防止海水富营养化的关键。In order to understand the level of eutrophication in the nearshore of Sheyang Estuary,a sampling survey was conducted on the surface seawater in the summer of 2021.The eutrophication characteristics were analyzed by using eutrophication index(E)and potential eutrophication assessment model.The results showed that the major seawater quality exceedance factors were dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN)and phosphate(DIN),and the average concentrations of DIN and DIP were 0.757 mg/L and 0.022 mg/L,respectively.DIN contents in 75.00%of sampling stations were higher than the classⅣseawater quality standard of China.The eutrophication in the study area was serious,all sampling stations had an eutrophication index(E)≥1,among which the stations with moderate(3<E≤9)and severe(E>9)eutrophication accounted for about 66.67%.Moreover,nutrient composition was seriously unbalanced(except the N∶P<16 of 10 station,the ratios of other 11 stations were greater than 22,and the highest value was 218.19),and the water quality was generally at the stage of phosphorus-limited potential eutrophication.Compared with other estuaries and stations near Sheyang Estuary in previous studies,the eutrophication result in the study was at a moderate level among four estuaries.The eutrophication level in the study area was increasing year by year.Based on these findings,[JP2]land-based pollution control in the upstream of rivers entering the sea is key to seawater eutrophication.
