摘　　要：随着大数据和复杂系统科学的进步,我们正在超越传统的关注单一症状的研究模式,转向了解和探索疾病症状与指标之间复杂交互的症状多层网络模式。这种症状多层网络模式为我们提供了深入理解和概括疾病及其症状的新视角和工具,尤其在揭示慢性疾病复杂的症状表现模式上具有显著优势。在本文中,介绍了症状多层网络的基本概念,如其组成、类型以及相关操作性定义,并探讨了其在动态网络、功能—症状网络和疾病—症状网络等方面的临床应用。Objective With the advancement of big data and complex systems science,we were transcending the traditional research model that focuses on single symptom and moving towards understanding and exploring the complex interactions between disease symptoms and indicators through a multilayer symptom network model.This multilayer symptom network provided us with new perspectives and tools to deeply understand and summarize diseases and their symptoms,particularly showing significant advantages in revealing the complex symptom manifestation patterns of chronic diseases.This article introduced the basic concepts of the multilayer symptom network,such as its composition,types,and related operational definitions,and discusses its clinical applications in dynamic networks,function-symptom networks,and disease-symptom networks.
