摘　　要：新质生产力是新型的高水平生产力,主要内容包括高新科学技术、高素质劳动力和新型高品质生产资料,主要特征是信息化、网络化、数字化、智能化、自动化、绿色化、高效化。中国式现代化和高质量发展迫切需要形成和发展新质生产力。新质生产力是中国式现代化和高质量发展的重要物质技术基础。形成和发展新质生产力的主要目的是要更好地实现经济高质量发展、构建现代产业体系、推进中国式现代化;主要内容是要创造和掌握高新科学技术、培养高素质的劳动力、生产出新型高品质生产资料;主要途径是依靠自主创新、发展现代教育、建立高新技术产业。运用新质生产力、发挥新质生产力的重要作用,必须深化改革完善相关制度,真正做到人尽其才、物尽其用、科技尽其能,最重要的是要推进数字产业化和产业数字化、发展数字经济。New quality productivity is a new high-level modern productivity,mainly including high-tech,high-quality labor force,and high-quality new means of production,with main characteristics of informatization,networking,digitization,intelligence,automation,greening,and high-efficiency.Chinese Modernization and high-quality development urgently need to form and develop new quality productivity,while new quality productivity is an important material and technological basis for Chinese Modernization and high-quality development.The main purpose of forming and developing new quality productivity is to better realize high-quality economic development,build a modern industrial system,and promote Chinese Modernization;the main content is to create and master high-tech,cultivate high-quality labor force,and produce new high-quality means of production;and the main approach is to rely on independent innovation,the development of modern education,and the establishment of high-tech industries.To utilize and leverage the important role of new quality productivity,it is necessary to deepen reform and improve relevant systems,and truly achieve the full potential of people,materials,and technology,and the most important thing is to promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization,and develop the digital economy.
