摘 要:针对当前海洋平台外部安防系统分类不清、界定不明,以及通用性不高等问题,给出防止外部人为侵扰破坏的海洋平台安防定义,构建通用式海洋平台外部安防系统,提出行业标准化体系建设意见。详细梳理国外主要国家相关海洋平台安防装备和系统的技术方案、组成结构,以及性能指标等信息,重点关注港口、岛屿、海上油气平台应对外部人为破坏威胁的安防能力。对国内海洋平台安防相关领域的研究进展和典型应用情况进行概述说明,并结合实际需求与当前新技术和新装备发展情况,展望海洋平台安防技术与装备,给出未来建设思路与建议,可为进一步开展海洋平台外部安防技术研究和系统构建提供参考。In response to the current issues of unclear classification,unclear definition,and low universality of external security systems for offshore platforms,a definition of offshore platform security to prevent external human interference and damage is proposed.A universal offshore platform external security system is constructed,and industry standardization system construction ideas are proposed.We review the technical solutions,composition structures,and performance indicators of relevant offshore platform security equipment and systems in major foreign countries,with a focus on the security capabilities of ports,islands,and offshore oil and gas platforms to respond to external threats of human destruction.We provide an overview and explanation of the research progress and typical applications in the field of domestic offshore platform security,and combine actual needs with the current development of new technologies and equipment to prospect offshore platform security technology and equipment.We provide future construction ideas and suggestions,which can provide reference for further research and system construction of offshore platform external security technology.
