摘  要:针对功率放大器对宽频带与高回退效率的实际需求,本文提出了一种在晶体管漏极添加低阻抗匹配网络的方法,以改善系统深度回退和高频工作效率。基于此方法,设计了一款L波段的负载调制平衡放大器,并利用电路仿真软件ADS进行工作性能仿真分析,同时完成了放大器的实物制作与测试。实验结果表明,该放大器在1.2~1.8GHz频段内最大输出功率可达44.9dBm,漏极效率为56.2~67.6%,输出功率回退6dB时效率为50.1~56.5%,与传统的负载调制平衡放大器相比具有更高的回退效率。In response to the actual needs of power amplifiers for wide bandwidth and high back-off efficiency,this paper proposes a method of connecting the transistor drain in series with a low impedance matching network to improve the deep back-off and high-frequency operating efficiency.Based on the proposed method,an L-band load modulated balanced amplifier is designed,and its performance is analyzed using the circuit simulation software ADS.In addition,the physical production and test of the amplifier are completed.Test results show that the maximum output power of the amplifier is up to 44.9dBm in the 1.2~1.8GHz frequency range,the drain efficiency is 56.2%~67.6%,and the efficiency is 50.1%~56.5%when the output power is backed off by 6dB.The amplifier proposed in this paper has higher back-off efficiency than traditional load modulated balanced amplifiers.
