摘 要:随着相控阵雷达的发展,雷达各用电单元低电压、大电流的特点给二次电源带来了功率密度大、热耗高的问题。本文针对某相控阵雷达二次电源,采用模块化的设计思想进行结构设计,提出了通过变截面散热翅片对发热元器件进行分区散热的设计方法。应用Flotherm所做的热仿真结果和试验测量结果均表明该设计方法能够有效控制电源内部各功率模块的温升。With the development of phased array radar,the low voltage and high current characteristics of each power unit of the radar have brought several problems to the secondary power supply,such as high power density and heat consumption.This paper uses the modular design idea for structure design of a phased array radar secondary power supply.In addition,a zoning heat dissipation method based on variable cross-section heat dissipation fins is proposed for electric components releasing heat.Both Flotherm-based thermal simulation results and measured data show that the design can effectively restrict the temperature rise of each power module inside the power supply.
