摘　　要：对中国开放获取(OA)期刊发展现状进行分析,发现中国OA期刊存在中文期刊OA规范性较差、开放学术平台学术影响力弱、中文期刊论文处理费(APC)设定较低和国内开放出版转换协议数量少等问题。可从提升期刊OA规范性、加强开放学术平台的学术影响力、扩大OA期刊规模和提升OA期刊质量等方面采取相应措施,促进中国OA期刊的可持续发展。The analysis of the current development status of China’s open access(OA)journals has found that there are such problems as the poor standardization of Chinese OA journals,the weak academic influence of open access platforms,the low article processing charges(APC)for Chinese journals,and the small number of domestic open publishing conversion agreements.In view of this,measures can be taken to promote the sustainable development of OA journals in China in terms of enhancing the standardization of OA journals,strengthening the academic influence of open academic platforms,expanding the scale of OA journals,and improving the quality of OA journals.
