中华传统医德育人精髓的逻辑分析

摘　　要：中医药文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着丰富的医德育人资源,主要体现在历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑3个层面。从历史逻辑来看,中华传统医德的产生、发展和成熟与中国传统医学的发展密切相关。从理论逻辑来看,中国传统医学深入浅出地阐释了尊重生命、严谨治学、规范从业及和谐医患等主要内容。实践逻辑方面,在强化教育教学主渠道中凸显医德教育重要性,在分层次教学因材施教中提高医德教育针对性,在完善形成性评价体系中推进医德教育连续性,在依托互联网平台优势中展示医德教育实效性,可助力医学院校培养出更多有道德素质和职业使命感的医学生。As an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the culture of Chinese medicine contains rich resources for medical ethics education,which are mainly reflected in three levels of historical logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic.From the perspective of historical logic,the emergence,development,and maturity of traditional Chinese medical ethics are closely related to the development of traditional medicine in China.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the traditional Chinese medical ethics expound the aspects of the respect for life,the rigorous scholarship,the standardized practice and the harmonious relation between doctors and patients.In terms of practical logic,it highlights the importance of medical ethics education through the strengthening of the main channel of education and teaching,improves the pertinence of medical ethics education through graded teaching,promotes the continuity of medical ethics education through the improvement of the process evaluation system,and displays the effectiveness of medical ethics education relying on the advantages of the Internet platforms,so as to help the medical schools to train more medical students with ethical qualities and a sense of professional mission.
