摘　　要：学生管理工作是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要环节。“三全育人”与学生管理工作具有一致的育人目标,两者有机融合形成了“三全管理”理念。全员管理、全过程管理与全方位管理不仅有助于高校实现立德树人的教育目标,而且能够提高学生工作的质量和效率。Student management is an important part of moral education in colleges and universities.The concept of full-staff,whole-process,and all-round education has the common education objectives with student management,and the organic integration of the two forms the concept of full-staff,whole-process,and all-round management,which provides the development direction and method path for college student work.The full-staff,whole-process,and all-round management not only contributes to the achievement of the goal of moral education,but also improves the quality and efficacy of college student work.
