摘 要:我国10kV中压配电变压器多采用保护接地与低压侧工作接地共地方式,对于配变台区接地故障时对低压系统的转移过电压问题。研究介绍了有关10kV配电变压器的故障与诊断技术。并基于此,采用PSCAD软件建立的10kV配电变压器低压母线故障仿真模型。用以对可能出现的低压侧短路故障进行仿真,探讨了不同情况下的中低压保护动作情况。结果显示,经0.01Ω低阻接地时,B相最大电流值达到910A。经0.50Ω低阻接地时,10kV开关柜保护均不动作。一次侧电流比差分速断电流的设定值大。综上可知,差动保护装置能起到速断和过流保护的作用,并有效提升供电可靠性。In China,10kV medium voltage distribution transformer adopts the common ground mode of protection grounding and low-voltage working ground,which can transfer overvoltage to the low-voltage system when the ground fault occurs in the distribution platform area.This paper introduces the fault diagnosis technology of 10kV distribution transformer.Based on this,the low-voltage bus fault simulation model of 10kV distribution transformer is established by using PSCAD software.It is used to simulate the possible short-circuit fault of low voltage side,and the action of low and middle voltage protection under different conditions is discussed.The results show that the maximum current value of B phase reaches 910A when 0.01Ωis grounded.When the 0.50Ωlow resistance ground,the 10 kV switchgear protection does not operate.The primary current is larger than the set value of the differential quick breaking current.In summary,the differential protection device can play the role of quick break and over current protection,and can effectively improve the reliability of power supply.
