摘　　要：大学生思想政治工作战略领军人才是大学生思想政治工作领域从事科学研究和战略研究的集大成者,居于引领全局发展的战略地位。大学生思想政治工作队伍职业功能走向多职能和专业化,为大学生思想政治工作战略领军人才的产生提供了条件;构建新时代高校学生工作专业知识体系和培养高层次应用型人才亟需战略领军人才发挥高端引领作用,作出历史性贡献。培养造就新时代大学生思想政治工作战略领军人才是一项长期的、系统的战略工程,需要聚焦目标群体,遵循战略人才发展规律,实施人才科学开发,为其搭建发挥高端引领作用的专业平台。The strategic leadership talents in the ideological and political work of college students are the masters in the field of ideological and political work of college students who engage in scientific research and strategic research,and occupy a strategic position leading the overall development.The professional function of the team of ideological and political work of college students is moving towards multi-function and specialization,which provides conditions for the emergence of strategic leadership talents in the ideological and political work of college students;the construction of a professional knowledge system for student work in colleges and universities in the new era and the cultivation of high-level applied talents urgently need strategic leadership talents to play a high-end leading role and make historical contributions.Cultivating and creating strategic leadership talents in the ideological and political work of college students in the new era is a long-term and systematic strategic project,which requires focusing on the target group,following the development law of strategic talents,implementing scientific talent development,and building a professional platform for them to play a high-end leading role.
