摘 要:为满足实战化电磁炮的反后坐需求,根据电磁炮发射的特点设计了一种新型簧液式缓冲器。针对缓冲器的矩形截面圆柱螺旋组合弹簧复进机设计中多参数输入、多目标优化、多边界约束的特点,分析了决定弹簧特性的结构参数与约束边界区间,设计优化目标函数,并利用改进型遗传算法寻求弹簧结构参数的最优解。结果表明:内外弹簧的剪切强度达标,且外弹簧的径向尺寸减小了25.2%。优化方法适用于结构类似的簧液式缓冲器紧凑化、轻量化设计。研究成果为火炮反后坐装置移植于电磁炮提供了范例。To meet the recoil requirements of practical electromagnetic guns,a new type of spring hydraulic buffer is designed based on the characteristics of electromagnetic launch.In response to the characteristics of multi parameter input,multi-objective optimization,and multi boundary constraints in the design of the rectangular cross-section cylindrical spiral combination spring recuperator for buffers,the structural parameters and constrained boundary interval that determine the spring characteristics are analyzed,the optimization objective function is designed,and an improved genetic algorithm is used to seek the optimal solution of the spring structural parameters.The results show that the shear strength of the inner and outer springs meet the standard,and the radial size of the outer spring decreases by 25.2%.The optimization method is applicable to the compact and lightweight design of spring hydraulic buffers with similar structures.The research results can provide an example for transplanting the recoil system of artillery to electromagnetic guns.
