摘 要:为研究某小口径火炮身管因加工误差,导致弹丸定位后与坡膛沿身管轴线方向上的距离产生变化,进而对内弹道性能产生影响,采用Johnson-Cook材料模型,通过Abaqus商业有限元软件,建立弹炮耦合动力学有限元仿真模型,并通过VUAMP子程序进行二次开发,将内弹道方程嵌入有限元模型,计算弹丸在膛内运动过程,对比分析不同加工误差对内弹道性能的影响。结果表明:因加工误差,弹丸挤入前的自由行程变短,挤进时弹丸受到挤进阻力增大,弹丸起始加速度降低;在整个内弹道期间,因弹后容积减小,弹底压力增大,内弹道膛压峰值升高,弹丸初速增大。结果可对该火炮后续设计和实验提供参考。In order to study the impact of the change of distance between the projectile and the slope bore along the axis of the barrel due to the machining error of a small-caliber gun barrel on the internal ballistic performance,the Johnson Cook material model is used to establish the finite element simulation model of the missile gun coupling dynamics through Abaqus commercial finite element software,and the Internal ballistics equation is embedded into the finite element model through the secondary development of the VUAMP subroutine.The movement process of the projectile in the bore is calculated,and the influence of different machining errors on the Internal ballistics performance is compared and analyzed.The results indicate that due to machining errors,the free travel distance of the projectile before engraving is reduced,and the resistance during the engraving process increases,leading to a decrease in the initial acceleration of the projectile.Throughout the entire internal ballistic phase,the decreased post-projectile volume leads to an increase in the pressure at the base of the projectile,the internal ballistic pressure peak increases,and the muzzle velocity of the projectile increases.The results can provide reference for the subsequent design and experiment of the gun.
