摘 要:为避免后效期燃气对枪口周围的影响,通过改变圆柱形膛口装置的尺寸,运用CFD仿真分析,结合动网格技术和重叠网格技术,使用Realizeable k-ε湍流模型,对膛口流场进行仿真计算,通过同一位置观测点温度判断后效期燃气对周围环境影响程度。研究表明:当膛口装置的尺寸设计长径比为1时,能降低40%的膛口气流对周围环境的影响,且相同长径比下,等比例扩大的圆柱形膛口装置能更好的降低对周围环境的影响。In order to avoid the influence of gas around the muzzle during the after-effect period,this paper changes the size of the cylindrical muzzle device,uses CFD simulation and analysis,combines the dynamic mesh technology and oversetmesh technology,and uses realizeable k-εturbulence model to simulate and calculate the muzzle flow field.The influence degree of gas on the surrounding environment is determined by the temperature of the observation point at the same position.The research shows that when the dimension design aspect ratio of the muzzle device is greater than 1,the influence of the muzzle air flow on the surrounding environment can be reduced by 40%,and under the same aspect ratio,the cylindrical muzzle device with the same proportion can better reduce the influence on the surrounding environment.
