摘  要:针对某电厂励磁系统改造后出现的功率柜电流不平衡报警,分析了影响并联运行功率柜均流效果的各种因素。结合现场实际以及设备特性,提出了功率柜故障判定逻辑异常、霍尔电流传感器及其采样回路异常、元器件连接处接触电阻的影响、晶闸管整流元件性能差异或故障、智能均流功能异常等多方面原因,进行相应排查最终确定故障原因并进行智能均流的相关程序优化。以此为基础,提出了后续励磁系统调试、日常运维过程中的注意事项以及改进措施。This paper focuses on examining the factors that can potentially affect the current sharing effect of power cabinets operating in parallel to address the issue of power cabinet current imbalance resulting from an excitation system modification in a power plant.Considering the real-world context of the power plant and its equipment characteristics,several factors contribute to this problem.These factors include the abnormal power cabinet fault determination logic,abnormal Hall current sensors and their sampling circuits,the influence of contact resistance at element connections,performance differences or failures of thyristor rectifier components,and issues with the intelligent current sharing mechanism.To identify the cause,a comprehensive inspection is conducted.Based on the findings,optimizations are proposed for the procedures related to intlligent current sharing.Furthermore,the paper presents cautionary measures and suggested improvements for the subsequent commissioning,as well as the daily operation and maintenance of the excitation system.
