高耗能工业负荷参与电网调峰辅助服务的探索

摘  要:与其他用电负荷相比,高耗能工业负荷更适应于参与电网调峰。通过挖掘分析高耗能工业负荷灵活性响应模式,并选取纺织企业为研究对象,对其参与电网调峰辅助服务的策略进行探索,结果表明纺织企业可通过柔性作业调度方式为电网提供灵活性响应,从而实现电网负荷的移峰填谷。结合湖州电网2022年迎峰度夏期间移峰填谷的实践情况,进一步展示了高耗能工业负荷灵活性资源的价值,提出未来应加大引导高耗能工业负荷参与电网辅助服务,使其在维护电网安全与促进新能源消纳中发挥更重要的角色。In contrast to other power loads,high-energy-consuming industrial load is more suitable for participating in power grid peaking regulation.By analyzing the flexible response mode of high-energy-consuming industrial loads and selecting textile enterprises as the research objects,the strategy of participating in the power grid peaking regulation auxiliary services is explored,with the results show that textile enterprises are enabled to offer a flexible response for the power grid by used of a flexible operation dispatching mode,so as to realize the peak shifting and valley filling of power grid loads.Combined with the practice of peak shifting and valley filling during the peak summer of 2022 in Huzhou power grid,the value of flexible resources of high-energyconsumption industrial loads is further demonstrated,and it is proposed that high-energy-consumption industrial loads should be guided to participate in the power grid auxiliary services in the future and thus to play a more important role in maintaining the safety of power grid and promoting the consumption of new energy.
