摘　　要：介绍电网企业职工技能等级评价的要求,对国网浙江省电力有限公司职工技能等级数据进行统计和分析,并结合各下属单位技能管理执行情况和当前存在问题,提出相应的改进建议,以提升技能岗位技能等级评价的覆盖率,通过企业整体技能水平的提高加强安全生产保障能力。Introduction is made on the evaluation requirements for the staff skill levels in power grid enterprises,statistics and analysis is carried out on the staff skill level data of the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward combined with the subordinate unit the skill management execution situation of its subsidiaries and the current existing problems,so as to improve the skill level evaluation coverage of skill posts and strengthen the safety production guarantee ability,by enhancing the overall skill level of the enterprise.
