摘 要:[目的]设计不同剂型,研究乙唑螨腈不同制剂配方体系制剂的性能以及药效关系。[方法]采用高通量农化配方制备与筛选系统,制备不同乙唑螨腈剂型样品,表征其粒度、黏度及表面张力等性能,制剂样品对朱砂叶螨进行室内药效试验,考察不同配方体系和理化性能对药效的影响。[结果]15%乙唑螨腈EW 1#各项物性最优,其粒径D50为680 nm,表面张力为32 mN/m,相应对朱砂叶螨的防效最优,LC50为0.2720 mg/L。[结论]通过不同剂型产品性能对比研究,初步探寻了乙唑螨腈不同配方体系与药效对应关系,从而获得了药效明显优于市售产品的制剂配方。[Aims]The different formulation systems were designed to study the performance and bioactivity relationship of cyetpyrafen.[Methods]A high-throughput agrochemical formulation preparation and screening system was used to prepare samples of different cyetpyrafen formulations and characterize their properties such as particle size,viscosity and surface tension,etc.The samples of the formulations were used to conduct efficacy tests in laboratory on Tetranychus cinnabarinus,to investigate the effects of different formulation systems and physicochemical properties on the efficacy.[Results]Cyetpyrafen 15%EW1#had the best physical properties,with a particle Dso of 680 nm,a surface tension of 32 mN/m,and a LCso of 0.2720 mg/L against T.cinnabarinus.[Conclusions]Through the comparative study,the relationship between different cyetpyrafen formulation systems and efficacy is initially explored,so as to obtain one system with efficacy significantly superior to that of commercially available products.
