摘 要:[目的]明确6种杀虫剂对燕麦蚜虫的防治效果及在燕麦上的残留消解动态。[方法]开展了6种杀虫剂对燕麦蚜虫的田间防治试验,并利用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定分析了其在燕麦上的残留消解动态。[结果]50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂对燕麦蚜虫的防效最好,药后1、7、14、21 d的防效分别为85.80%、99.03%、97.62%和93.86%,同时在燕麦上的残留消解速率最快,半衰期为3.19 d;50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂、17%氟吡呋喃酮可溶液剂和22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂3种药剂对燕麦蚜虫的防效较好,药后7、14 d均可达到90%以上,药后21 d为86.54%~89.29%,半衰期分别为3.87、4.10、3.73 d。[结论]50%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂可作为燕麦草田防治蚜虫的速效药剂,17%氟吡呋喃酮可溶液剂可作为燕麦草田防治蚜虫的长效药剂。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the control effects of 6 insecticides on oat aphids and their residue dissipation dynamics on oats.[Methods]Six insecticides were used to control oat aphids in the field,and the dissipation dynamics of their residues on oats were determined by LC-MS/MS.[Results]The control effect of sulfoxaflor 50%WG on oat aphids was the best,and the control effects were 85.80%,99.03%,97.62%and 93.86%on day 1,7,14 and 21 after application.The residue dissipation rate of sulfoxaflor 50%WG on oats were the fastest,with a half-life of 3.19 d.Afidopyropen 50 g/L DC,flupyradifurone 17%SL and spirotetramat 22.4%SC had good control effects on oat aphids,which reached more than 90%on the 7"and 14"day afer application,and 86.54%-89.29%on the 21s day after application,with half-lives of 3.87,4.10 and 3.73 d respectively.[Conclusions]Sulfoxaflor 50%WG can be used as a quick-acting insecticide to control aphids in oat fields,flupyradifurone 17%SL can be used as a long-acting insecticide to control aphids in oat fields.
