摘  要:[目的]明确新型聚季铵盐高分子助剂(G-2801)在农药药液对靶剂量传递性能调控中的作用,确定G-2801在提高植保无人飞机施药防控柑橘红蜘蛛药效中的用量,为农药减施增效提供依据。[方法]在室内用水配制不同质量浓度G-2801及供试农药的稀释液,通过测定稀释液的表面张力和抗蒸发性能,评价该助剂对阿维菌素及混剂药液性能的调控作用;以诱惑红为指示剂,通过测定雾滴卡上的雾滴沉积密度和沉积量,评价该助剂对供试药剂雾滴运行行为的调控作用;并在柑橘红蜘蛛实际农药防治方案基础上,开展了G-2801提高供试药剂对柑橘红蜘蛛防治效果的田间药效试验。[结果]使用G-2801可改善药液性质,增加雾滴粒径,减少飞防雾滴的蒸发飘移;可使柑橘冠层顶部和基部的雾滴密度分别增加63.92、114.12个/cm^(2),药液沉积量分别增加48.15%和57.89%,使供试药剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的防效提高15.25%(1 d)、5.34%(3 d)和49.88%(10 d)。[结论]新型聚季铵盐高分子助剂(G-2801),可在植保无人飞机施药中作为雾滴抗蒸发和防飘移助剂使用,同时可以提高防治效果,对农药的减施增效具有实际应用价值。[Aims]This study aims to clarify the role of a new type of poly-quaternary ammonium polymer adjuvants(G-2801)in the regulation of the target dose transfer performance of pesticide dilutions,and determine the dosage of G-2801 in the control of Panonychus citri by unmanned aerial vehicle,so as to provide a basis for the reduction and increase of pesticide application.[Methods]The dilutions of G-2801,abamectin and its mixture with different concentrations were prepared,the properties of the above dilutions were evaluated by the surface tension and the anti-evaporation property measurement.The regulating effect of G-2801 on droplet airborne operation behavior was evaluated by measuring the deposition density and amount of droplet on the droplet card with seductive red as indicator.On the basis of actual pesticide control program of P.citri control,the field test of G-2801 to enhance the efficacy of the testing pesticides on P.citri was carried out.[Results]The results showed that G-2801 improved the dilutions property of the testing pesticides,increased the droplet size and reduced the evaporation and drift of droplets.The adjuvant G-2801 can increase the density of droplets at the upper and lower of the citrus canopy by 63.92 and 114.12 droplets/cm,and the deposition by 48.15%and 57.89%,respectively.The adjuvant G-2801 increased the efficacy of the testing pesticides against citrus red spider by 15.25%(1 d),5.34%(3 d)and 49.88%(10 d).[Conclusions]The novel poly-quaternary ammonium polymer adjuvants(G-2801)can be used as an anti-evaporation and anti-drif agent in the application of plant protection by unmanned aerial vehicle.At the same time,it can improve the control effect and has practical application value for reducing the application and increasing the efficiency of pesticides.
