摘 要:[目的]明确丁虫腈与氰氟虫腙混用对水稻二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟的田间防治效果。[方法]2021-2022年于湖南隆回开展了丁虫腈与氰氟虫腙混用及6种杀虫剂单用的田间药效试验。[结果]丁虫腈和氰氟虫腙混用对二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟的控制效果好且存在明显的增效作用,其中(37.5+108) g a.i./hm^(2)桶混处理药后21 d对二化螟的防治效果为88.91%~90.66%,略低于乙基多杀菌素75 g a.i./hm^(2)(90.63%~91.85%),而显著优于丁虫腈45 g a.i./hm^(2)(83.26%~85.56%)、氰氟虫腙360 g a.i./hm^(2)(76.47%~80.49%)、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐30 g a.i./hm^(2)(70.67%~75.56%)、茚虫威27 g a.i./hm^(2)(64.86%~70.93%)和氯虫苯甲酰胺30 g a.i./hm^(2)(38.76%~46.42%);该处理药后21 d对稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果为90.77%~91.39%,与氰氟虫腙(91.18%~92.34%)相当,而显著优于乙基多杀菌素(85.58%~87.68%)、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(75.26%~80.23%)、茚虫威(73.59%~78.58%)、丁虫腈(70.19%~75.19%)和氯虫苯甲酰胺(50.22%~51.44%)。[结论]丁虫腈与氰氟虫腙桶混对水稻二化螟和稻纵卷叶螟高效,推荐桶混剂量为丁虫腈37.5 g/hm^(2)和氰氟虫腙108 g a.i./hm^(2)。[Aims]This study aims to identify field control efficacy of combination of flufiprole and metaflumizone against the rice striped stem borer,Chilo suppressalis,and rice leaf-roller,Cnaphalocrocis medinalis.[Methods]Field plot experiments were conducted to investigate control efficacy of flufiprole and metaflumizone combination,as well as 6 insecticides used alone against the two pests in Longhui County,Hunan Province in 2021 and 2022.[Results]Mixture of flufiprole and metaflumizone showed perfect control efficacy against C.suppressalis and C.medinalis with significant synergistic effect.On day 21 afer treatment,the control efficacy of flufiprole tank-mixed with metaflumizone at the rate of(37.5+108)g a.i./ha against C.suppressalis was 88.91%-90.66%,which was slightly lower than that of spinetoram at 75 g a.i./ha(90.63%-91.85%),but significantly higher than that of flufiprole at 45 g a.i./ha(83.26%-85.56%),metaflumizone at 360 g a.i./ha(76.47%-80.49%),emamectin benzoate at 30 g a.i./ha(70.67%-75.56%),indoxacarb at 27 g a.i/ha(64.86%-70.93%)and chlorantraniliprole at 30 g a.i./ha(38.76%-46.42%);the control efficacy of this mixture against C.medinalis was 90.77%-91.39%,which was similar to that of metaflumizone(91.18%-92.34%),but significantly higher than that of spinetoram(85.58%-87.68%),emamectin benzoate(75.26%-80.23%),indoxacarb(73.59%-78.58%),flufiprole(70.19%-75.19%)and chlorantraniliprole(50.22%-51.44%).[Conclusions]Flufiprole mixed with metaflumizone provides effective control against C.suppressalis and C.medinalis.The recommended rate of the tank mixture is 37.5 g a.i./ha of flufiprole and 108 g a.i./ha of metaflumizone.
