摘 要:[目的]为筛选对菜豆普通细菌性疫病具有较好防治效果的药剂。[方法]采用抑菌圈法,测定了16种杀菌剂对菜豆普通细菌性疫病2种病原菌的抑制作用,选用效果较好的药剂进行田间防效试验。[结果]30%琥胶肥酸铜WP、12%中生菌素WP、0.3%四霉素AS抑菌效果较好,对褐色黄单胞菌褐色亚种的EC50值分别为81.5769、410.8902、484.0265 mg/L;对地毯草黄单胞菌菜豆致病变种的EC50值为6676.0706、39.4555、3800.5027 mg/L。2022年末次喷施3种药剂7 d后的田间防效分别为46.86%、49.99%、36.3%。2023年通过将药剂浸种与叶面喷施结合,末次喷施上述3种药剂7 d后的田间防效为46.6%、64.47%、48.09%。[结论]12%中生菌素WP和30%琥胶肥酸铜WP、0.3%四霉素AS可应用于田间防治菜豆普通细菌性疫病。[Aims]This study aims to screen out the efficient fungicides for the control of common bacterial blight of bean.[Methods]The inhibition zone method was used to determine the inhibitory effects of 16 fungicides on 2 pathogens of common bacterial blight of bean,and the fungicides with good effects were selected for field trials.[Results]Copper(succinate+glutarate+adipate)30%WP,zhongshengmycin 12%WP,and tetramycin 0.3%AS had better inhibitory effects,their ECso values against Xanthomonas fuscans subsp.fuscans were 81.5769,410.8902 and 484.0265 mg/L,respectively,while their ECso values against X.axonopodis pv.phaseoli were 6676.0706,39.4555 and 3800.5027 mg/L,respectively.In 2022,on day 7 after the last spraying of the 3 fungicides,the field efficacy was 46.86%,49.99%and 36.3%,respectively.Through the combination of seed soaking and leaf spraying in 2023,the field efficacy of these 3 fungicides were 46.6%,64.47%,48.09%on day 7 after the last application.[Conclusions]Copper(succinate+glutarate+adipate)30%WP,zhongshengmycin 12%WP,and tetramycin 0.3%AS can be used to control common bacterial blight of bean in the field.
