摘  要:为探究激光熔覆制备纳米相复合涂层强化机制,综述了国内外激光熔覆纳米相增强涂层性能的研究进展。重点分析了直加纳米相、纳米相包覆法、原位合成纳米相三种不同制备方式下,纳米相对激光熔覆复合涂层的强化机制,并对纳米相增强激光熔覆复合涂层技术发展和应用进行了总结和展望。研究结果为激光熔覆纳米相增强涂层的制备提供理论依据。In order to investigate the strengthening mechanism of nanophase composite coatings prepared by laser cladding, a review of the research progress of laser cladding nanophase-enhanced coating properties at home and abroad was conducted. This paper focuses on the strengthening mechanism of nanophase laser cladding composite coatings under three different preparation methods: externally added nanophase, nanophase encapsulation and in situ synthesized nanophase, analyzes the strengthening mechanism of nanophase coatings under different preparation methods, summarizes and looks forward to the development and application of nanophase-enhanced laser cladding composite coating technology. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of nanophase enhanced coatings by laser melting cladding.
