摘  要:以德温特创新索引专利数据库中1992-2021年间的钽粉专利为研究对象,利用科学计量工具Citespace绘制了钽粉专利科学知识图谱,并对钽粉专利现状和发展趋势进行了分析。结果表明,全球钽粉专利申请量从2011年开始大幅增加,其中中国的专利申请占比最大。然而,以高被引专利为代表的高技术门槛和高利润钽粉制备专利主要被欧美企业所持有,显示出了欧美国家在钽粉研发实力上的领先优势。中国未来需在以高容化、高压和高可靠性电容器用钽粉为代表的产品方向进行突破。The relevant patents about“tantalum powder”in Derwent Innovations Index(DII)database during1992 to 2021 were studied in this paper.The mapping knowledge domain of patents on tantalum powder was draw by the Scientific tool“Citespace”.The research status and the development tendency of tantalum powder were also analyzed.The results show that the global application number of tantalum powder patents increases significantly since 2011,China has the largest proportion of patent applications among them.However,the highcited patents of tantalum powder preparation with high-technical threshold and high profit are mainly held by European enterprises and American enterprises.It shows that Europe and the United States have leading advantages in the research and development ability of tantalum powder.In the future,China should strive to make a breakthroughs in the direction represented by the capacitor tantalum powder with high capacitance,high voltage and high reliability.
