摘  要:全要素框架下构建的农业绿色全要素生产率模型可以更加精确地测度农业绿色全要素生产率,论文利用碳排放系数法系统测算了长江经济带11个省市1998—2019年的农业碳排放量和碳吸收量,并采用非期望产出的全局SBM模型测度碳排放松弛量,得到农业绿色全要素生产率,结合空间分析技术科学研判区域间绿色全要素生产率的空间差异性。结果表明:长江经济带农作物碳排放与碳吸收变化相得益彰,为实现农业“碳中和”目标提供了数据支撑;农业减排潜力较大,农业绿色全要素生产率与碳排放变化呈“倒挂”现象,即各省市农业绿色全要素生产率从中游向两端递增;从区域差异性来看,各省市农业绿色全要素生产率均值为正,表明长江经济带地区整体处于自高碳农业向低碳农业的转型阶段。为更好地实现农业可持续发展,推动农业生产方式向低碳集约方向转变,可以分区域进行低碳农业的调控,尤其是江西等重点减排区域。The agricultural green total factor productivity model constructed under the total factor framework can more accurately measure the agricultural green total factor productivity.The agricultural carbon emission and carbon absorption of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt from 1998 to 2019 are systematically calculated by using the carbon emission coeffcient method,and the global SBM model of unexpected output is used to measure the carbon emission relaxation,to obtain the agricultural green total factor productivity;Combined with spatial analysis technology,it scientifically studies and judges the spatial difference of green total factor productivity between regions.The results show that the changes of crop carbon emission and carbon absorption complement each other in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,which provides the data support for realizing the goal of“carbon neutralization”in agriculture;The potential of agricultural emission reduction is great,and the change of agricultural green total factor productivity and carbon emission shows an“upside down”phenomenon,that is,the agricultural green total factor productivity of provinces and cities increases from the middle reaches to both ends;From the perspective of regional differences,the average value of agricultural green total factor productivity in all provinces and cities is positive,indicating that the Yangtze River economic belt is in the transition stage from high-carbon agriculture to low-carbon agriculture as a whole.In order to better realize the sustainable development of agriculture and promote the transformation of agricultural production mode to low-carbon intensive direction,the regulation of low-carbon agriculture can be carried out in sub-regions,especially in key emission reduction areas such as Jiangxi.
