摘  要:随着城市规模的扩大,城市排水管网架构、泵站系统、防汛指挥等越来越复杂,更新也越来越频繁,原有的管理办法对各种比例尺图形以及历史资料的查询、统计和分析难度较大,数据共享难、管理效率低、资料更新工作量大,造成人力、物力的极大浪费。为紧跟现代化城市排水管网的发展,基于WebGIS技术以城市地形图及管网数据为基础,融合管网、设施、监测等多源数据搭建了数字雨污排水信息管理系统,重点阐述了雨污排水三维系统的总体结构和可视化实现,并针对城市的管理巡检与调度管理,介绍系统支持下的应用情况,能有效提升城市雨污排水管网的普查、利用与管理能力。With the expansion of urban scale,the structure of urban drainage pipe network,pumping station system and flood control command are becoming more and more compli⁃cated and updated more and more frequently.The original management method is more difficult to query,statistics and analysis of various scale graphics and historical data,and re⁃sulting in difficult data sharing,low efficiency of the manage⁃ment mode,and heavy workload of data update,resulting in a great waste of manpower and material resources.In order to keep up with the development of modern urban drainage net⁃work,this paper builds a digital rainwater and sewage drain⁃age information management system based on WebGIS tech⁃nology and urban topographic map and pipe network data,in⁃tegrating multi-source data such as pipe network,facilities,monitoring,etc.,focusing on the overall structure and visual⁃ization realization of the three-dimensional rainwater and sew⁃age drainage system,and introduces the application supported by the system for the management,inspection and scheduling management of cities,It can effectively improve the capacity of general survey,utilization and management of urban rain⁃water and sewage drainage network.
