普速铁路接触网软横跨智能化预制技术研究

摘  要:为提高铁路供电施工安全性、高效性,进一步规范电气化铁路施工工艺,综合国内铁路供电系统的特点,提出了构建电气化铁路牵引供电施工机械自动化系统的要求。普速铁路站场咽喉区以内一般使用绝缘软横跨,软横跨工程计算中结构复杂、涉及因素较多,计算结果长期不及预期,寻找更加科学精确的方法计算软横跨结构尺寸,研究软横跨预制逐步由人工转为机械化、人工智能化、智能化,不仅可以节省后期调整时间,还可以提高作业效率和施工质量。For the purposes of improvement of the safety and high efficiency for construction of railway power supply system,further specifying of construction process of electrified railway,the requirements for building of automation system construction machinery for traction power supply system of electrified railway is put forward with characteristics of power supply system of domestic railways being taken into consideration.Insulated head spans are usually adopted in throat areas of the station and yard of general speed railways.The calculation of head span involves complicated structure and many factors and its calculation results have fallen behind the expectations for long time.Finding more scientific and accurate methods to calculate the size of soft span structures,and studying the gradual shift of soft span prefabrication from manual to mechanized,artificial intelligent,and intelligent methods can not only save time for later adjustment,but also improve work efficiency and construction quality.
