摘　　要：为探讨异型淋巴细胞的鉴别诊断,减少误诊率,分析2例细胞形态提示异型淋巴细胞的病历资料,其中1例诊断传染性单核细胞增多症,1例诊断侵袭性NK细胞白血病。本文旨在强调仅凭细胞形态学判读的异型淋巴细胞可能有误,需结合患者的临床症状、体征、影像学检查、细胞免疫表型、疾病转归等综合诊断。To improve the diagnosis of atypical lymphocytes and reduce the misdiagnosis rate,we analyzed the medical records of 2 cases with cell morphology suggestive of atypical lymphocytes.One case was diagnosed with infectious mononucleosis and the other with aggressive NK cell leukemia.The purpose of this paper is to emphasize that the diagnosis of atypical lymphocytes based only on morphological interpretation of cells may be incorrect,which should be combined with clinical symptoms,signs,imaging examination,cell immunophenotype,and disease outcome.
