摘　　要：文章对不同有机硅消音剂进行了筛选,优化了其在汽车内饰PVC人造革表面涂层中的最佳添加量,探讨并验证了有机硅消音助剂在不同加工方式下对PVC人造革性能的影响,建立了一套生产高耐磨、耐老化、具有消音性能的PVC人造革的优化加工方式。同时对汽车主机厂装配应用的后整理工艺进行了充分验证,摸索出一套高效率、质量可靠的后整理工艺。The study screened different silicone anti-squeak agents for PVC artificial leather applied in automotive interior.The dosage level of the anti-squeak agents was optimized to balance the anti-squeak performance and the aging performance.Based on the study results of formulation,manufacture and application process,an optimization of silicone anti-squeak agents in PVC artificial leather with excellent anti-squeak,anti-scratch and aging performance,has been founded and applied in automotive interior successfully.
