摘　　要：以饱和聚酯树脂作为成膜物质,制备了一种车用珠光涂料。通过对关键影响因素进行选择性研究,确定了最佳制备工艺条件。当珠光粉、蜡溶液、流平剂、防沉剂的用量和珠光粉颜料浸泡时间分别为12%、14%、0.2%、0.3%和12 h时,所制备的车用珠光涂料具有良好的贮存稳定性,所得漆膜平整光滑,光泽较高,附着力和硬度优异,综合性能良好。In this paper,a kind of automotive pearlescent coatings was prepared with saturated polyester resin as the film forming material.The optimum preparation conditions were determined through the selective study of key influencing factors.When the dosage of pearlite powder,wax solution,leveling agent and anti-settling agent are 12%,14%,0.2%,0.3%and soaking time of pearlitic powder is 12 h,the prepared automotive pearlescent coatings has good storage stability,and the obtained film has good comprehensive performance,such as smoothness,high gloss,excellent adhesion and hardness.
