摘  要:为了解决因水泥基材表层强度低而导致地坪涂层碎裂、脱落的问题,制备了一种高渗透型水性有机-无机复合地坪底漆。通过添加硅溶胶提高硅酸钾的模数,选择合适的硅烷偶联剂以提高体系的稳定性,再复配水性丙烯酸乳液和基材润湿剂增加地坪底漆的渗透性及加固性能。经过实际使用效果表明,该高渗透型水性有机-无机复合地坪底漆已达到溶剂型双组分环氧底漆的性能水平,具有比较强的市场竞争力。In order to solve the fragmentation and shedding problem of floor coating due to the low surface strength of the cement substrate,a highly permeable waterborne organic-inorganic composite floor primer was prepared.The study increased the modulus of potassium silicate with addition of silica sol,selected the appropriate silane coupling agent to improve the stability of the system and adopted compounded technology of waterborne acrylic emulsion and substrate wetting agent to improve the permeability and reinforcement performance of the coatings.The practical application results showed the performance of the highly permeable waterborne organic-inorganic composite floor primer has reached that of the solvent two-component epoxy primer.It has relatively strong market competitiveness.
