摘  要:在煤炭运输及装卸过程中,运输箱体在低温环境下极易与煤炭形成严重粘连,从而造成极大的运输损耗。本研究提出一种基于改性氟碳聚合物的防冻粘涂层技术。通过对涂层表面进行润湿性表征、耐磨性测试以及抗结冰性能测试等,研究了涂层的抗粘附性和机械稳定性;通过多工况试验及实际线路运用等,全方位验证了该涂层的抗冻粘的有效性和机械耐久性。该工艺操作简单,涂层性能优异,为预防和改善铁路货车煤炭运输冻粘状况提供了一种精准的解决方案。In the loading and unloading process of coal transportation,it is easy for the transport box to form serious adhesion with coal in low temperature environment,resulting in great transportation loss.In this paper,an anti-freezing adhesive coating technology based on modified fluorocarbon polymer was proposed.The anti-adhesion and mechanical stability of the coating were studied through surface wettability characterization,wear resistance test and anti-icing performance tests.The effectiveness of anti-freezing adhesion and mechanical durability of the coating were verified through multi-condition tests and actual line application.The process is simple in operation and the coating has good performance,which provides an accurate solution for preventing and improving the freezing adhesion condition of coal transportation in railway freight wagons.
