摘　　要：生态“绿岛”喷漆室既是确保喷漆作业质量的重要前提,又是防止挥发性有机物(VOCs)散逸的重要设施,同时也是良好作业环境的重要保障。针对以往喷漆室中常存在送风不均匀,排风量小,断面流速低,设施未防爆,消防控制不完善的问题,对喷漆室的空气净化系统、水旋式排风系统、照明控制系统、消防系统进行优化设计。从试点生态“绿岛”建设项目运行效果来看,不仅喷涂效率得到了提高,产品质量得到了保证,而且减少环境污染,达到保障作业人员健康安全的目的。The ecological“Green Island”spray booth not only undertakes the important process of ensuring the quality of spray painting operations,but also serves as an important facility to prevent the escape of VOCs,and ensures good working environment.In view of the common problems of spray booths,such as uneven air supply,small exhaust volume,low cross-sectional flow rate,non-explosion-proof facilities,and incomplete fire protection facilities,optimization designs of the air purification system,water vortex exhaust system,lighting control system,and fire control system were conducted.From the operation effect of construction project of ecological“Green Island”,not only the spraying efficiency is improved and product quality is ensured,but also environmental pollution is reduced and the health and safety of operators are ensured.
