摘  要:以划格法附着力测试方法为基础,通过调整划格方式和间距,切割涂层加条带刮铲,设定评级标准等方式,制定了适用于低密度型硅橡胶基防热涂层界面附着力评价方法和标准。首先梳理现行国内外划格附着力测试方法,对低密度型防热涂层进行划格法附着力测试分析,根据结果和涂层特点制定了适用于该类涂层的条带切割+刮铲评级方法和标准。针对低密度型硅橡胶基防热涂层膜厚大、韧性好的特点,通过增加划格间距,切割+刮铲,最后用条带周边涂层有无扩展型破坏及扩展区裸露面积百分比来评价是否满足设计要求更加准确。改进后的条带切割+刮铲附着力评级方法可准确评价隔热性测试后低密度型硅橡胶基防热涂层界面附着力。Based on the test method of adhesion of grid method,though adjusting the pattern and spacing,cutting coating with scrip scraper,setting rating standard and other methods,the evaluation method and standard of interfacial adhesion of silicone rubber based thermal protection coating with low-density were established.Firstly,the current test methods of grid adhesion at home and abroad were combed.The adhesion of the thermal protection coating with low-density was tested and analyzed by the grid method,and the strip cutting+scraper rating method and standard suitable for this kind of coating were established according to the results and the characteristics of the coating.The silicone rubber based thermal protection coating with low-destiny has the characteristics of big film thickness and good toughness.It is more accurate to evaluate whether it meets the design requirements by increasing the grid spacing,cutting+scraping,and finally evaluating whether the scrip peripheral coating has extended damage and the percentage of exposed area of the expansion area.The improved strip cutting+scraper adhesion rating method can accurately evaluate the interfacial adhesion of thermal protection coating with low-density after thermal insulation test.
