摘　　要：通过对国内外14个不同光辐照水平和不同腐蚀环境的大气曝晒试验点的彩涂板进行为期2年的大气曝晒试验结果的比对研究,将彩涂板户外大气曝晒试验环境分为4类:Ⅰ类高光辐照高腐蚀、Ⅱ类高光辐照或高腐蚀、Ⅲ类中低光辐照和腐蚀、Ⅳ类工业环境。通过在这4类彩涂板户外大气曝晒试验环境中合理选择曝晒点,可以系统地完成在全球不同典型环境中的彩涂板户外性能的准确评价。作为中国典型的大气曝晒试验场,海南万宁曝晒场可以和国际公认的弗罗里达大气曝晒场对标,准确评价彩涂板的耐户外曝晒性能。Through comparing the results of two-year outdoor atmospheric exposure tests of color coated sheets at 14 atmospheric exposure test sites with different light irradiation levels and different corrosion environments,the test environments are divided into four categories:classⅠfor high sun irradiation and high corrosion;classⅡfor high sun irradiation or high corrosion;classⅢfor medium and low sun irradiation and corrosion;classⅣfor industrial environment.By selecting appropriate exposure test sites in these four types of outdoor atmospheric exposure test environments for color coated sheets,evaluation of outdoor performance of color coated sheets in different typical environments around the world can be systematically completed.As a typical atmospheric exposure test site in China,the atmospheric exposure field in Hainan Wanning can be compared with the internationally recognized atmospheric exposure field in Florida and accurate evaluation of the outdoor exposure performance of color coated sheets can be obtained.
