摘　　要：通用航空飞行的顺利实施,离不开通信、导航、雷达、气象、航行情报及其他设备的密切协同、统筹兼顾和合理安排。介绍了一种数字化通用航空指挥调度综合管理系统,该系统可为地面指挥人员提供有效的监控、通信手段,为飞行员提供任务飞行所必需的导航和引导信息,增强飞行员对飞行环境的感知能力。The smooth implementation of general aviation flight is inseparable from the close coordination,overall consideration and reasonable arrangement of communication,navigation,radar,meteorology,aeronautical information and other equipment.This paper introduces a digital General aviation command and dispatch integrated management system,which can provide effective monitoring and communication means for ground commanders,provide pilots with navigation and guidance information necessary for mission flight,and enhance pilots'perception of flight environment.
