摘　　要：档案数字化转型和单套制管理环境下,数据保全和网络存证为电子档案数据安全保障和价值维护提供了技术支持。文章通过对数据保全与网络存证产学研用的现状调查和成果梳理,发现档案领域数据保全与网络存证研究成果转化应用不足,人才培养存在供需结构性矛盾,需从人才培养体系与评价体系、政策法规、意识等方面促进数据保全与网络存证产学研用协同发展。In the context of digital transformation and single-set management,data preservation and internet evidence preservation provide technical support for the security and value maintenance of electronic archival data.Through investigation and analysis of the current situation and achievements of data preservation and internet evidence preservation in the field of archives,it is found that the conversion and application of research achievements in the field of data preservation and internet evidence preservation is insufficient and there exists a structural contradiction between talent cultivation and industrial talent demand.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of data preservation and internet evidence preservation in academia,industry and research from the aspects of talent cultivation system and evaluation system,policy and regulations,and awareness.
