针灸联合西药治疗高血压病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压病患者应用西药联合针灸治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月广西壮族自治区民族医院诊治的80例高血压病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法划分为对照组(予以常规西药治疗,即氨氯地平与替米沙坦)与观察组(予以常规西药+针灸治疗),各40例。观察对比两组临床疗效、血压水平、临床症状评分、血脂指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);治疗后,两组血压水平呈不同程度降幅,其中观察组降幅更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组头晕、头痛、疲倦不安、失眠、心烦燥热评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血脂代谢指标即总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)呈不同程度降幅,且观察组较对照组降幅更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压病患者在常规西药治疗基础上,配合针灸治疗,可使机体血压水平显著下降,改善临床症状,取得确切的治疗效果,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating hypertension patients with western medicine combined with acupuncture.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension treated by Minzu Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were treated from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into control group(receiving conventional western medicine treatment,namely amlodipine and telmisartan)and observation group(receiving conventional western medicine+acupuncture treatment)by random number table method,and with 40 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level,clinical symptom score,blood lipid index and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of 95.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups decreased in different degrees,and the decrease was greater in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dizziness,headache,tiredness,insomnia and upset dryness and heat in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Lipid metabolism indexes in both groups,namely and total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)decreased in different degrees,the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for hypertensive patients,combined with acupuncture treatment,the blood pressure level of the body can be significantly reduced,improve clinical symptoms,and achieve exact therapeuti
