消风散加减治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的分析消风散加减治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的疗效。方法选取2023年1—6月吉林省吉林中西医结合医院收治的72例慢性肾衰皮肤瘙痒症患者为研究对象,按就诊先后顺序随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组口服药用炭片及炉甘石洗剂,治疗组加味消风散口服及塌渍治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、瘙痒程度、生化指标、中医症候积分。结果治疗后,治疗组治疗总有效率(97.22%)相较于对照组(80.56%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.668,P<0.05);治疗组血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,IPTH)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,eGFR)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的中医症候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的瘙痒程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消风散加减治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒,可明显改善此类患者皮肤瘙痒症状,改善钙磷代谢。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiaofeng powder on uremic pruritus.Methods 72 patients with chronic renal failure and pruritus admitted to Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Jilin Province from January to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment,with 36 cases in each group.The control group used carbon tablets and calamine lotion,the treatment group added oral and collapse treatment,and the total effective rate,itching degree,biochemical indexes and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall effective rate of treatment in the treatment group(97.22%)was higher than the control group(80.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.668,P<0.05).The blood calcium,blood phosphorus,parathyroid hormone(IPTH),blood creatinine(Scr),and epidermal growth factor receptor(eGFR)levels were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the degree of itchiness of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition and reduction of Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of uraemia can significantly improve the symptoms of skin itch,and improve the quality of life of patients.
