摘　　要：目的分析治疗低位直肠癌患者采取根治性手术+预防性回肠造口术Ⅰ期开放治疗的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月江苏省盱眙县人民医院收治的60例低位直肠癌患者,按随机抽签法分组,各30例。对照组患者另外给予直接低位吻合治疗,观察组患者另外给予预防性回肠造口术Ⅰ期开放治疗,比较两组术后恢复情况、炎性应激指标及免疫功能。结果观察组发热时间、肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、首次进食半流质食物用时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根治性手术+预防性回肠造口术Ⅰ期开放治疗,对于低位直肠癌患者,可增强其免疫功能,改善炎性应激反应,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of curative surgery+prophylactic ileostomy stage Ⅰ open treatment on patients with low rectal cancer.Methods 60 patients with low rectal cancer admitted to Xuyi County People's Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected.they were grouped by random drawing method,with 30 in each group.The control group received direct low rectal anastomosis treatment,while the observation group received prophylactic ileostomy stage Ⅰ open treatment.The postoperative recovery,inflammatory stress indicators,and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter fever time,intestinal function recovery time,hospital stay,and the first time consuming semi liquid food compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor in the observation group-αwere lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin A,and immunoglobulin G in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radical surgery+prophylactic ileostomy stage I open treatment for patients with low rectal cancer can enhance their immune function and improve inflammatory stress response,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
