摘　　要：目的分析正畸与修复疗法联合治疗对牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者牙齿功能、咬合功能及口腔卫生状况的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月乐陵市人民医院口腔科收治的90例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为两组,每组45例,对照组进行种植修复治疗,观察组采用正畸与修复联合疗法。比较两组牙齿咬合功能、口腔卫生状况。结果观察组咬合关系评分为(0.35±0.10)分、牙齿排列评分为(0.23±0.08)分、颞下颌关节评分为(0.13±0.05)分、牙周情况评分为(0.34±0.09)分及咀嚼功能评分为(0.20±0.07)分,低于对照组的(0.66±0.23)分、(0.41±0.10)分、(0.32±0.10)分、(0.54±0.12)分、(0.49±0.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.292、9.429、11.400、8.944、11.753,P<0.001)。观察组牙菌斑附着指数评分为(3.22±0.68)分、软垢指数评分为(4.77±0.59)分、牙周袋深度评分为(2.33±0.59)mm,优于对照组的(4.08±1.10)分、(5.91±0.64)分、(3.38±0.71)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.461、8.785、7.630,P<0.001)。结论正畸与修复联合治疗有利于恢复牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者牙齿咬合功能,改善口腔卫生。Objective To analyze the effects of combined orthodontic therapy and prosthetic therapy on dental function,occlusal function,and oral hygiene in patients with dental defects accompanied by dentofacial malocclusion.Methods Ninety cases of patients with dental defects and malocclusion admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Leling People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group according to the randomized numerical table method,the control group was treated with implant restoration,and the observation group was treated with combined orthodontic and prosthetic therapy.The occlusal function and oral hygiene status of the two groups were compared.Results The score of the occlusal relationship was(0.35±0.10)points,the score of the tooth alignment was(0.23±0.08)points,the score of the temporomandibular joint was(0.13±0.05)points,the score of the periodontal condition was(0.34±0.09)points and the score of the masticatory function was(0.20±0.07)points of the observation group,which were lower than those of the control group was(0.66±0.23)points,(0.41±0.10)points,(0.32±0.10)points,(0.54±0.12)points,and(0.49±0.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.292,9.429,11.400,8.944,11.753,P<0.001).The plaque adhesion index was(3.22±0.68)points,soft tartar index was(4.77±0.59)points,and periodontal pocket depth was(2.33±0.59)mm in the observation group,which were better than[(4.08±1.10)points,(5.91±0.64)points,and(3.38±0.71)mm in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.461,8.785,7.630,P<0.001).Conclusion Combined orthodontic and prosthetic treatment is favorable for restoring occlusal function and improving oral hygiene in patients with dental defects accompanied by dentofacial malocclusions.
