阿那曲唑与他莫昔芬治疗肥胖的激素受体阳性绝经后乳腺癌的效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的分析存在雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)阳性、肥胖因素的绝经后乳腺癌患者的临床用药,对比阿那曲唑、他莫昔芬的疗效。方法回顾性分析2022年6月—2023年1月于苏州市第九人民医院接受治疗的92例绝经后乳腺癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均确认为ER阳性,且合并肥胖。根据用药方法分为观察组(采用阿那曲唑治疗,n=46)与对照组(采用他莫昔芬治疗,n=46),比较两组6个月后疗效,雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、黄体生成素(luteinising hormone,LH)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)水平与不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为86.96%,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.998,P=0.025)。观察组TC高于对照组,E2、LH低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TG指标、不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿那曲唑对肥胖病例有较好疗效,可提升总有效率,改善激素水平,安全性良好。Objective To analyze the clinical use of obese estrogen receptor(ER)positive factors in postmenopausal breast cancer patients,and compare the efficacy of anastrozole and tamoxifen.Methods Clinical data of 92 postmenopausal breast cancer patients treated in the Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou City from June 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were confirmed as ER positive and combined with obesity.They were divided into observation group(used anastrozole for treatment,n=46)and control group(used tamoxifen for treatment,n=46).The efficacy,the level of estradiol(E2),luteinising hormone(LH),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and the rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.96%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.998,P=0.025).The level of TC in observation group was higher than control group,the level of E2 and LH were lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TG index and total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Anastrozole has a good effect on obesity cases,can improve the total effective rate,improve hormone levels,and good safety.
