摘 要:为探究LR6电池正极复压工艺的必要性,对电池进行放电性能测试。采用不同复压压力,研究正极复压压力与电池放电性能的关系。经测量,正极复压压力调整为21 kN时,电池短路电流达到最佳值,均在16 A以上。实验结果表明,合理的正极复压压力可降低电池接触内阻,提高电池的贮存性能,减少贮存过程中电池容量的下降。To investigate the necessity of the cathode re-pressing process for LR6 battery,the discharge performance of the battery was tested.Different re-pressing pressures were used to investigate the relation between cathode re-pressing pressure and battery discharge performance.After measurement,when the cathode re-pressing pressure was adjusted to 21 kN,the battery short-circuit current reached the optimal value,which were all above 16 A.The experiment results showed that the reasonable cathode re-pressing pressure could reduce the contact internal resistance of the battery,improve the storage performance of the battery and reduce the decline of the battery capacity in the storage process.
