摘  要:某盾构工作井采用地下连续墙围护结构,最大墙深59 m。在开挖过程中需穿越最大厚度达42 m的粉细砂层,科学控制泥浆质量是保证槽壁稳定的关键。根据技术规范及相关工程经验,并参考施工现场配浆条件,对现场泥浆制备给出有效建议,采取多种措施控制泥浆质量,保证了后续施工的顺利进行。A shield working well is enclosured in diaphragm wall,and the maximum depth of the diaphragm wall is 59m.In the process of excavation,it needs to pass through the silty sand layer with the maximum thickness of 42m,so the control of mud quality is the key to ensure the stability of wall.According to the technical specifications and relevant engineering experience,and referring to the conditions of slurry distribution on the construction site,effective suggestions are given for the preparation of mud on the site,and various measures are taken to control the quality of mud,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent construction.
