摘  要:常规的综合管线数据均是纯“网”数据,对于“源”“站”“厂”这些专业属性设施基本未予关注。但这些专业设施对于专业规划、建设与管理工作却是非常重要的。本文介绍了近年来开展的《基于“源-网-站-厂”的地下管线全要素一体化智能平台的建设与应用研究》的项目成果,通过确立“源、站、厂”的内涵及数据属性、开发建设基于“源-网-站-厂”的地下管线全要素一体化智能平台,最终获取“源、站、厂”的空间及专业属性数据,充实原有地下管线综合管理平台,建立起地下管线全要素一体化智能平台。该成果可为各专业管线的系统升级、整体规划、局部改造等提供全要素的数据,大大提升了现有综合管线数据的社会利用效率。Conventional comprehensive pipeline data are pure"network"data,and the professional facilities such as"source","station"and"plant"are not included.Because the professional facilities such as"source","station"and"plant",are very important for professional planning,construction and management,the research named construction and Application of the underground pipeline total-element intelligent platform based on"source-network-station-plant"is carried out by us.This paper introduces the results of the research.First,we established the connotation and data attribute of"source,station and plant".Then,we developed and constructed the all-element integrated intelligent platform of underground pipeline based on"source,network,station and plant".Finally,We obtained the spatial and professional attribute data of"source,station and plant",enriching the original integrated management platform of underground pipeline.The all-element integrated intelligent platform of underground pipeline has been established.This achievement can provide all-factor data for the system upgrade,overall planning,local reconstruction,etc.of various professional pipelines.And the social utilization efficiency of the existing comprehensive pipeline data has been greatly improved.
