摘　　要：在优化营商环境、国土空间规划等时代背景下,通过菏泽市管线普查和广泛调研,多层次、多角度深入分析目前菏泽市地下管线规划管理存在的问题,提出完善“四同步”管线管理模式、推动管理条例编制、提升精细化管理、实现“一码关联”、加强地下管线全生命周期动态管理等实施建议。In the era of optimizing the business environment and national spatial planning,through a comprehensive survey and extensive research on the pipelines in Heze City,we deeply analyze the problems in the planning and management of underground pipelines in Heze City from multiple levels and perspectives,and propose improvements to the"four synchronization"pipeline management model,promote the development of management regulations,enhance refined management,realize"one code association",and strengthen the dynamic management of the entire life cycle of underground pipelines.
